STEP 1: CONTACT US FIRST
Before you do anything else, give us a call or send us a message. We’ll ask you a few quick questions to help figure out what’s going on.
- Is the issue mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic?
- Is the product still under warranty?
- Does it sound like something that needs a site visit or can we sort it remotely?
Once we’ve got the basics, we’ll let you know the next step.
STEP 2: WE’LL TAKE IT FROM THERE
If we confirm that it sounds like a warranty issue:
- We’ll come out to inspect it if needed.
- Or we’ll contact the manufacturer on your behalf and lodge the warranty request for you.
Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop and make the process as smooth as possible.
